Ivorya offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.


Refund eligibility is subject to the terms below.



To initiate a refund request, customers must email ivorya.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for dissatisfaction

  • Proof of purchase

All requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds are not automatic.

 

Hygiene Policy

 

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used oral-care products are not eligible for return.


Refunds for opened items may be issued solely at Ivorya’s discretion.

 


 

 

Refund Review & Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Excessive Claims

 

Ivorya reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated claims, suspected abuse, or fraudulent activity.

 


 

 

Chargebacks

 

Customers agree to contact Ivorya support prior to initiating chargebacks.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account limitations or permanent service refusal.
